Description

Northtech Defense barrels are made complete in-house from raw materials, (Rifle Quality Metals). We are able to achieve greater accuracy and higher quality standards as a result, by refining the process. We take great pride in our in-house manufacturing processes of our barrels. Our goal has been to set the bar higher with better machining tolerances within the industry. The high-end Industry standard has typically been best of .0002 rifle bore tolerance. The custom manufacturing process that we use has been able to cut the tolerance down another 30% with custom made reamers and machining, successfully below .0001. This is due to the special tooling we have made, and with testing to confirm its success. With a rifle bore this straight allows us to cut a more accurate throat and chamber which produces a much more accurate barrel.

These barrels come: Wylde chambered for increased versatility and accuracy, headspaced to an optimum number for both .223 and 5.56.

With our Barrel extension measuring a close tolerance of .9993" - .9999" outside diameter. These are made from heat treated material, perfect fitment to the upper bore. .

Our claim is such that, you won't need a claim as we stand behind our product 100%. You will notice a huge difference in accuracy and craftsmanship.
